Shipping Info
WHITE LOTUS COLLECTION takes the utmost care in packing, shipping, and delivering your piece(s). We use proprietary packing techniques and custom shipping boxes to insure safety and minimize the possibility of damage during travel. Each order is carefully inspected before we ship it.
Your order is fully insured. The cost of insurance is included in our shipping price.
Method:
We use UPS, FEDEX, and several low cost freight carriers to ship our items. We also use local moving companies to deliver large items to homes.
Delivery Costs:
Small local deliveries are free! We will deliver any piece that we can move. Otherwise, delivery cost will be determined by size, weight and destination. A minimum charge of $275 is charged for all deliveries we can not deliver.
Shipping Costs:
Shipping cost is determined by size, weight and destination.
Additional Shipping Options:
Overnight, Second Day and International shipping options are available. Please call if you wish to use one of these options.
Availability:
We ship accessory orders within 2 days. Furniture orders normally ship within 5 business days. Shipping transit time will vary depending on location and shipping option.
Damaged Piece:
In the unlikely event you receive an item that was damaged in shipping, please keep all the packing materials and call us at (561) 793-6400 or email us at Info@WhiteLotusCollection.net within 3 days of receiving the order.
WHITE LOTUS COLLECTION reserves the rite to repair, replace, or fully refund any piece. If damage is minor and a partial claim is made it is the responsibility of the customer to find a local refinisher. Local refinishers must send an itemized bill with labor and materials noted. We base claims on the itemized bill. Claims will not be accepted if original packing materials are discarded or if inspections can not be made.
Return Policy:
If you have ordered an item online and are unhappy with your purchase, return the item in its original packaging 7 days after arrival. We will credit back the cost of the item minus a 20% restocking fee. You will NOT be refunded the shipping cost and or the return shipping cost.

Payment in full must be made prior to shipping out.
Sales Tax:
WHITE LOTUS COLLECTION collects sales tax on all orders shipped in Florida based on delivery location. We do not charge sales tax on any orders shipped to locations out side of Florida. It is the consumer's responsibility to pay the appropriate Sales Tax.
Privacy Policy:
WHITE LOTUS COLLECTION takes your privacy as seriously as you do. To help ensure your privacy, we use the most up-to-date encryption technology to keep your personal information secure. This includes your billing, credit card, and account information. None of this can be read as it travels to our system.
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise share your personal information, such as name, email address, physical address, phone numbers, buying history, etc., without your prior permission. Every email newsletter comes with a link to unsubscribe. We will send out an email announcement to inform our customers of a sale, event, when a new shipment arrives, etc.
